Applications must be completed for each occupant 18 years of age and older.
A non-refundable application fee of $55 must be paid by each applicant to process your application.
All applicants MUST present valid government-issued ID (ID can NOT be expired)
An application does not constitute a lease agreement or offer to lease. No lease shall exist unless and until Landlord and Applicant execute a lease agreement and applicant pays all required funds.
Falsification of any information on an application may result in Applicant’s automatic denial. If an applicant is denied for falsifying paperwork, Landlord may retain all holding fees and fees paid.

- Criminal Background Check (Rental Acceptance is determined on a case by case basis.)
- Employment Verification - We MUST be able to verify Employment and Income.
**Due to the overwhelming amount of Fraudulent Pay Statements, we may request Tax Returns / Bank Statement as well.
- We DO NOT accept child support, workers comp, or unemployment benefits as income.
- Proof of Income MUST provide proof that you make at least 2.5 - 3x times the monthly rent in NET income.
- Pictures of documentation will NOT be accepted. PDF format will only be accepted of the original documents.
ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE HAVE A COMPLETE FILE.
